Alexis Willett

Dr Alexis Willett is a science communicator who aims to make science accessible to all. She has a PhD in biomedical science from the University of Cambridge, where she studied at the Medical Research Council's Human Nutrition Research unit. Ali Rosen is the founder and host of Potluck with Ali Rosen, a television show and website dedicated to sharing the best and brightest in food. Potluck airs on NYC Life and its videos have appeared on HuffPost, Edible, and People. Ali was named as one of Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 for Food & Drink. Andris Lagsdin is the inventor of the Baking Steel. He received his pizza education while working for Chef Todd English, but had given up the restaurant life to take over his family's steel business until he discovered a way to combine the two. He lives with his family in Boston's South Shore.

Anne Keenan Higgins

Anne Keenan Higgins began her career as an art director for advertising agencies in Detroit after earning her degree from the Michigan School of Art & Design. Later starting her own illustration business, Anne developed a signature whimsical style and began licensing her artwork to the greeting card and giftware industries. She has illustrated over 100 book covers, is the illustrator of Starring Jules by Beth Ain, and Sophie Kinsella's Shopaholic series. Anne resides in Detroit, Michigan.

Daniel Boulud

Daniel Boulud was born in France in 1955 and trained under renowned chefs Roger Verge, Georges Blanc, and Michel Guerard. He moved to the United States, where he served as Executive Chef at Le Cirque in New York. In 1993 he opened Daniel, Zagat's top-rated New York restaurant for two years running, followed by Café Boulud and DB Moderne. Among numerous other awards, he has been named "Chef of the Year" by Bon Appétit, and has received Gourmet's Top Table award. He lives in New York City.

Dédé Wilson

Dédé Wilson has been a recipe developer for 30 years, has worked as a television and radio host, and has written 14 cookbooks. A contributing editor to Bon Appétit from 1999 to 2014, Dédé was featured as on-air talent in over 100 national television appearances for herself and Bon Appétit on all major networks: TODAY Show, CBS Early Show, Dr. Oz, The View, and more.
