Dr Craig Hassed is an internationally recognised expert in Mindfulness who has widely presented at national and international seminars and conferences and has published extensively in the areas of Mind Body medicine and Mindfulness. Dr Hassed has devised and presents an innovative Mindfulness training program for training medical students at Monash University - possibly the only one of its type in the world to be integrated as core medical curriculum. His program has also been included in elective programs at other universities including Harvard Medical School.Dr Hassed has also taught numerous mindfulness programs with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, the Australian Psychological Society and with many community and professional groups and schools. Dr Hassed is also the founding president of the Australian Teachers of Meditation Association.

Jock Haswell was educated at Winchester and Sandhurst, from where he was commissioned into The Queen's Royal Regiment (West Surrey) in June 1939. During the Second World War he fought in India, East Africa, Ethiopia and Madagascar, returning to serve in Germany in the psot-war period. He retired in 1960, having attained the rank of major, but was employed by the Ministry of Defence at the School of Service Intellligence. He is the author of a number of books on military history, including the history of his own regiment, British Military Intelligence, Citizen Armies and Spies and Spymasters.
Amber Hatch is a writer, teacher, and childminder. She is established as a parenting and a mindfulness expert. Amber began to practise daily Buddhist meditation with the Samatha Centre in 2009. Since 2013 she has helped to organise family retreats at the centre in Wales. She has run numerous classes and groups for parents in Oxford, including a natural parenting toddler group and a mindfulness support group for parents.
