Ellie Cannon

Dr Ellie is the current face of general practice. A young, vivacious, approachable doctor, she is best known for her weekly health column in the Mail on Sunday and her regular appearances on Sky News Sunrise. Ellie is the resident GP for the Mail on Sunday, Mailonline and Best magazine, a frequent contributor to the popular health site Netdoctor and is widely quoted in the popular media on health matters Dr Ellie is the on-screen GP for Sky News Sunrise appearing weekly and she is now the regular doctor on LBC's Tuesday evening Health Hour. She can also be seen and heard regularly commenting on health matters on ITV news, BBC news and Radio 2's Jeremy Vine Show. In 2017 she channelled her inner-geek appearing in a Celebrity Eggheads team of TV doctors!Dr Ellie read medicine at Cambridge University and then completed her clinical training at the Royal Free Hospital, London. Jon Carlson, PsyD ,EdD, ABPP, is a distinguished professor in the Division of Psychology and Counseling at Governors State University and a psychologist at the Wellness Clinic in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. He is past president of the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors and founding editor of The Family Journal. He has authored 30 books, including the popular The Mummy at the Dining Room Table (with Jeffrey Kottler), 120 professional journal articles and produced 130 trade and professional video programs.
Dr Duncan Carmichael

Dr Duncan Carmichael is a medical doctor with 25 years of experience in the profession. He is a regular speaker and lecturer at conferences on aesthetic and anti-aging medicine in his home country and abroad, and has written numerous articles on healthy aging.He qualified in South Africa then trained further in Europe where he studied nutrition, hormone balancing and aesthetic medicine. Formally a monk for seven years within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, CHODEN completed a three year, three month retreat in 1997 and has been a practicing Buddhist since 1985. Born as Sean McGovern, he is originally from South Africa where he trained as a lawyer and learned meditation under the guidance of Rob Nairn, an internationally renowned Buddhist teacher.Choden is now involved in developing secular mindfulness and compassion programmes drawing upon the wisdom and methods of the Buddhist tradition, as well as contemporary insights from psychology and neuroscience. He is an honorary fellow of the University of Aberdeen and teaches on their Postgraduate Study Programme in Mindfulness (MSc) that is the first of its kind to include compassion in its curriculum. Frances Cole

Dr Frances Cole was a GP and pain rehabilitation specialist. She developed the first UK primary and community care pain rehabilitation programme based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles in 1996. She developed a pain health needs assessment tool that won an NHS Modernisation award in 2005 and gained an NHS National Clinical Leaders Award in 2011. Frances is a past chair of the British Pain Society Pain Management Programme Special Interest Group whose current focus is on multidisciplinary pain management. She completed a Masters in Narrative Medicine at Columbia University and become a certified Life Coach with IPEC. She has four children and lives in Brooklyn, where she is a trustee of The Brooklyn Public Library.
