Florence Weiser is a Belgium-based illustrator and designer. She lives and works in what she describes as a "fairytale trailer in the midst of a magical garden," where she derives the inspiration for her illustrations. She resides in Brussels, Belgium.
JO WHEATLEY has loved baking since she was a child. Last year she watched the BBC's The Great British Bake Off and decided to enter. She feels incredibly proud that not only did she make it onto the programme, but she also went on to win against some amazing bakers. Since winning The Great British Bake Off, Jo has set up a small cookery school from her home in Essex. A Passion for Baking is her first book.

Annette Yates was born in South Wales and grew up in the Brecon Beacons. She is married to Huw Thomas and has two grown-up daughters - Emma and Lindsay. After many years living in and around London, Annette now lives near Abergavenny in Monmouthshire, Wales. Her hobbies include walking the Welsh hills, furniture restoration, gardening and, of course, cookery.Annette loves cooking and creating new recipes. In particular, she loves cooking and eating out of doors. Though living in Wales often makes this a difficult pastime, Annette has a clay oven in her garden (for days when she is sure the weather is going to stay fine) and a gas barbecue (for cooking between showers of rain!). As a musician Guo Yue has travelled extensively making recordings and composing film soundtracks. His own bamboo flutes concerto was performed with the BBC Concert Orchestra.
