LITTLE,BROWN BOOK GROUP COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS - WIN A HOLIDAY TO EGYPT COMPETITION

1. No purchase necessary to enter this prize draw. Please enter your name, email address and postal address in the spaces provided and click submit.
2. The prize is to win ONE holiday for two for four nights' accommodation to Egypt on 'A Few Days at the Pyramids' arrangement. The prize includes flights and accommodation at the Mövenpick Cairo Pyramids Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis and sightseeing where applicable. The prize does not include other meals, optional excursions, upgrades, extensions or any other costs. The holiday is for two people sharing throughout. If the winner requires separate rooms, the additional room and ANY single room supplements will be at his/her own or their guest's expense. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Full details of the prize and location will be made available to the winner. The prize should be take by 30th September 2010.
3. Holiday insurance will be at the entire responsibility of the prize winner, as will information pertaining to any relevant vaccinations or health care during the prize holiday. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, delays or loss of luggage or personal effects or any illnesses befalling the winner or their companion during the above holiday.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any of the holiday itinerary subject to availability at the time of booking.
5. Only one entry per person allowed. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.
6. Entries must be received on or before the closing date of 25th February 2010 midnight GMT. Little, Brown Book Group is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
7. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over except employees of Voyages Jules Verne or Little, Brown Book Group, their families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the prizes without notice.
9. Little, Brown Book Group and Voyages Jules Verne reserve the right to amend the specification of the prize although every effort will be made to provide prizes of similar quality and value.
10. The winner will be picked randomly from the eligible list of entrants to the Sphinx Egypt Holiday Prize Draw.
11. The winner will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date.
12. The prize winner will need to respond within 4 weeks of receiving the email as to whether they are able to accept the prize. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining list of eligible entries.
