DEBENHAMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entries must be received by midnight GMT on 16th August 2009.
2. The winner will be picked randomly from the eligible list of entrants to the prize draw. The winning entry will be drawn on 24th August 2009 and the winner will be notified via email by 31st August 2009.
3. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The prize will be £500 to spend on any own bought, full price merchandise, purchased as part of a Personal shopper appointment.
5. The Personal shopper service is offered at 72 stores nationwide, and the appointment will take place at a convenient location, date and time for the prize winner.
6. There is no cash prize alternative to the stated prize and the competition is restricted to UK residents only.
No purchase necessary.
7. The prize is not valid against the purchase of financial services, Debenhams food services, cash, gift vouchers or giftcards or in payment of any outstanding balance on your Debenhams account.
8. Only one entry per person.
9. No one associated with the promotion or employees of the Debenhams PLC Group of companies or employees of Little, Brown Book Group, their families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw, are eligible to enter.
10. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter.
11. The winner must redeem the prize by 31st October 2009.

a. The prize winner will need to respond immediately as to whether they are able to accept the prize. If a selected entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining list of eligible entries.
b. To obtain the name of the winner please email marketing@littlebrown.co.uk 4 weeks after the closing date. Please state the name of the prize draw in the subject heading.
c. All entrants will be subscribed to the Nora Roberts ebulletin list and may from time to time receive further news by email on Nora Roberts and her books. Any member of the list can unsubscribe by following the instructions that will be provided in any emails sent.
