I know it's still November and we shouldn't even be thinking about Christmas, but if you're as bad as I am at organising everything for the big day then a little inspiration can't hurt. We've asked our authors to share their favourite Christmas memories, worst presents and top tips for surviving the festive madness. We'll be posting one every day (hopefully) in the lead up to Christmas. There are some very interesting (and odd) tales - enjoy!

We've been going through a lot of changes here at Little, Brown Book Group. Swanky new offices, a new website and now as part of our online expansion, this blog. We'll be featuring opinion pieces from editors, authors and booksellers along with exclusive material, features and anything else that we think you might find interesting. Hopefully you'll get a good idea of what's going on at Little, Brown but, more importantly, it's somewhere where you can let us know your comments.
